YES! Magic Strollers is proud to have been chosen as a featured stroller provider for the Walt Disney World Resort.   Top

In choosing who could qualify as a “Disney Featured Stroller Provider, Disney carried out a thorough investigation, interview and inspection process, after which Disney determined that Magic Strollers could provide rental strollers that would “maintain high guest satisfaction consistent with the Disney Standard” and we could provide a “safe, first class and timely rental service for the benefit and convenience for guests staying in Walt Disney World resort.”

As a Disney Featured Stroller Provider, Magic Strollers by Owner’s Locker is permitted to deliver strollers to resort luggage rooms before you arrive so your stroller will be waiting for you when you check in. Just tell the Disney cast member at Bell Services that you have reserved a Magic Stroller and they will get it from the luggage room for you. And, when you check out, return your Magic Stroller to Bell Services and a cast member will take your stroller to the resort’s luggage room where we will pick it up later. You do not need to be present when we deliver your stroller or when we pick it up.   Top

We only feature the Baby Jogger brand City Mini and City Mini GT series strollers. The maximum weight for a City Mini stroller is 50 pounds per child. The height limit is 45 inches. The manufacturer suggests that the stroller is suitable for birth-5 year olds.
For a child weighing more than 50 pounds or taller than 45 inches you should consider the City Mini GT. The Mini GT has a maximum weight of 65 pounds per child and a height limit of 49 inches. The manufacturer suggests that the stroller is suitable for infants-7 year olds.   Top

The short answer is the longer you stay, the less you have to pay to per day to rent a Magic Stroller.
At Magic Strollers, our price includes delivery and pickup of your stroller.
We price the rental of Magic Strollers by the length of your stay. There is a set price for the first day and then a fixed price for each additional day after that.

Click on the "Get your Quote" button and plug your dates into the drop down calendars. You don't have to enter any credit card data. The site will calculate the exact cost of your rental.   Top

Your credit card will be charged 14 day prior to your arrival. We like to encourage our customers to make their reservation as far in advance as possible.

If you make a reservation less than 14 days before you arrive, your card will be charged as soon as you make the reservation.   Top

You will receive a 100% refund if you cancel your reservation SOONER than 48 hours before 10:00 am on your arrival date.

If you cancel with LESS than 48 hours before 10:00 am on your arrival date, you will receive a 50% refund.

If you do not cancel the reservation, and we have delivered your stroller, there is no refund   Top

To cancel a reservation, use the special link in your confirmation email that will take you back to your reservation. In the upper left hand corner, you'll see in red letters "To Cancel Your Reservation, Please Click Here."

Once you click on it, you will see a pop up box asking that you confirm that you want to cancel and asking if you are sure that's what you want to do. Once you cancel your reservation, it can not be undone.

The pop up box also gives you the option of telling us why you are cancelling. Your comments are always welcome and helpful.

When you confirm that you want to cancel, the reservation is cancelled and the stroller your reserved goes back into inventory.You will receive an email confirming the cancellation.

Please do not try to cancel your reservation by "zeroing out" the number of strollers you ordered. This will NOT cancel the reservation.

If you cancel prior to 14 days before you arrive, you will not have been charged and you won't be charged.

If you are cancelling a reservation that you have already paid for you will receive a full or partial refund depending on whether you cancelled prior to 48 hours before 10 am on your scheduled arrival day. See the related question, "What is your cancellation policy?"   Top

Changing a reservation is easy. There is no need to call us. You can make the changes from your computer or smart phone.

When you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the terms of the rental. The confirmation email contains a special link that will allow you to go back to your reservation where you can edit you rental to change resorts, arrival dates, etc.

When you have made your changes, make sure you click all the way through and hit "update reservation." This will ensure that the changes are reflected in our system and you will receive a new confirmation email showing the changes.

If the changes you made affect the price of your rental, the increase or decrease will be clearly displayed.   Top

We guarantee delivery of your Magic Stroller to your resort by 10:00 am on the day you choose as a delivery date. If you need the stroller prior to 10:00 am you should consider having the Magic Stroller delivered the day before (an extra day for a single stroller is $10.00; an extra day for a double stroller is $12.00.

For same day orders place after 7:00 am on delivery date, the stroller will be delivered as soon as possible, but likely that afternoon or evening.   Top

Your stroller must be dropped off to the Bell Services desk at your resort no later than 2:00 pm on your departure date.
It is essential that we have ample time to prepare your stroller for the next familyWe reserve the right to charge you for additional day if the stroller is not returned by 2:00 pm.   Top

If it essential that you have your stroller early in the morning, you should consider having it delivered the day before. An extra day costs $10 for a single stroller and $12 for a double stroller.   Top

We need plenty of time to pick strollers up, clean them and sanitize them for the next family so it is essential that your stroller be back at bell services at your pick up resort no later than 2:00 pm. If you need it after this time, you should reserve your stroller for an extra day ($10 for a single stroller and $12 for a double stroller). We reserve the right to charge you for additional day if the stroller is not returned by 2:00 pm.   Top

All Magic Strollers are delivered folded up in a black canvas travel bag. You stroller will look like a piece of luggage. When you ask for your stroller, please tell the folks at Bell Services that it is from Magic Strollers and is in canvas travel bag with your name on it. If you just ask for a stroller, they may not realize that is folded up in a travel bag.

This insures the cleanliness of your rental stroller and is makes it easier to carry to and from your room. Please do NOT leave the travel bag in the resort luggage room. And please place the stroller back in its bag when you return it.   Top

Your Magic Stroller will have a 4x6 inch card attached to the handle bar with your name, arrival date and resort on it to help you identify it. There will also be a similar card on the canvas bag that the stroller arrives in.   Top

Once you have finished with your Magic Stroller please put it back in the canvas travel bag and drop it off at bell services at your resort as you depart. We will pick it up from the resort luggage room.

Since Magic Strollers is a "Disney Featured Stroller Provider," you do not have to be present when we pick the stroller up.

Please DO NOT leave it in your room.   Top

We currently offer rain covers on request at no charge. We have limited quantities and can't guarantee that you will receive one with your stroller rental. If you would like a rain cover, you should request on in the special notes section of the order form.   Top

Magic Strollers are dropped off at the bell services stand at your resort. A text message will be sent to your cell phone when your stroller is delivered.   Top

To encourage you make your Magic Stroller reservation as early as possible, we do not charge your credit card until 14 days before you arrive.

Depending on how busy we are, you probably shouldn't wait more than a week prior to your arrival as we do get sold out during busy times.   Top

If we have Magic Strollers available in our inventory, you can make a reservation at any time.

As long as the reservation is made before 7:00 am on your delivery date, your Magic Stroller will be delivered to your resort by 10:00 am on that date.

If a reservation is made for same day delivery after 7:00 am, the stroller will be delivered as soon as possible but it may be late that afternoon or evening.   Top

No, you don’t have to be present at your resort when your Magic Stroller is delivered or when it is picked up. As a “Disney Featured Stroller Provider,” Magic Strollers is allowed to deliver your Magic Stroller prior to your arrival to your resort’s luggage room. When you check in, just tell the resort Bell Services team that you have rented a Magic Stroller and they will get it for you from the luggage room. And when you check out, just give your Magic Stroller back to the resort Bell Services team. They will return it to the luggage room and we will come along later and pick it up.   Top

Absolutely. When strollers are returned, we thoroughly check for any damage and repair, replace or retire the stroller as appropriate. After each stroller is cleaned, we thoroughly check it over again to make sure that the stroller is fully operable and "test drive" it around our warehouse prior to every rental.   Top

You'd better believe it. We know that our reputation rides on the condition of our strollers. When each Magic Strollers come back into our warehouse, it is checked for damage, is vacuumed and is thoroughly cleaned with high temperature steam and sanitized before each use. If necessary, the stroller is disassembled and the fabric components are machine washed.

We proudly use commercial grade cleaning and sanitizing products provided by ECOLAB.

We tell the members of our team to imagine that they are standing next to a mother with an infant as she receives her Magic Stroller so they can see the smile on her face when she sees the condition of the stroller.   Top

Each Magic Stroller comes with a "parent console" attached which includes a cup holder, and two small storage pouches. We do not provide car seat adaptors, belly bars or child trays. Also, we do not carry glider boards.

Rain covers are available on a complimentary basis upon request, subject to availability. You can request a rain cover in the special notes section when you make your reservation   Top

When placing a single stroller back in its travel bag, it will be necessary to remove the two rear wheels and place them in the marked compartments inside the travel bag.   Top

When you take your single stroller out of its canvas travel bag, you will need to attach the two rear wheels. The rear wheels are in marked compartments inside the travel bag and are very easy to put on and take off.   Top

You are responsible for any damage (other than normal "wear and tear") to your stroller during your rental period unless you have chosen the optional theft/damage insurance.   Top

This insurance costs $25 for the length of your rental. It must be purchased prior to the delivery of your stroller. It will cover the cost of replacing your stroller in the event that it is stolen or repairing it if it is damaged during your rental.   Top

Under our terms and conditions, you are responsible for the loss of the stroller during your rental period. The replacement cost for a single stroller is $225 and the replacement cost for a double stroller is $350.

If your rental stroller is stolen, please contact us immediately and we will get a replacement stroller to you as quickly as we can. If you have included theft/damage insurance with your reservation, there will be no charge. Otherwise, you must pay the replacement cost for the stroller before we can deliver a new stroller.   Top

We ask that you treat the stroller as if it were your own.
We reserve the right to charge an additional $25 cleaning charge for strollers returned in an excessively dirty condition.   Top

We use the official name of each resort.
All Disney resorts are listed under "D."

No, your Magic Stroller will not be delivered to your room.
Resorts and hotels will not allow this.
Your Magic Stroller will be delivered to Bell Services or the front desk if your hotel does not have a Bell Services desk.   Top

There are a few rental subdivisions in the area that we serve. If they have a central clubhouse with convenient operating hours, we list these subdivisions on our site as a delivery location. Otherwise, I'm sorry but we cannot deliver your rental stroller to a private home. If you have a question about a specific address, please contact us.   Top

No, we are not allowed to deliver Magic Strollers to any of the theme parks...only to the resorts listed.   Top

Yes, they fully recline.
There is a clip on the rear of the Magic Stroller seat that lets you adjust the seat from being upright to a full reclining position.   Top

We do indeed. But in America they are almost universally called Strollers. So if you would like to rent a baby carriage, a push chair or a baby buggy, you’ve come to the right place.

A new policy went into effect on September 1, 2013 that provides that certain stroller rental companies can no longer deliver strollers to Disney resort luggage rooms. These companies must now personally meet their customers to drop off and pick up the strollers.

Magic Strollers has been chosen to be a "Disney Featured Stroller Provider" and is not affected by this new policy. You do not have to be present when we deliver or when we pick up your stroller. It's business as usual for Magic Strollers by Owner's Locker.   Top

They certainly are. The Baby Jogger City Mini strollers are made of padded cloth and fully recline. The strollers feature large canopies to protect your child from the sun.   Top

On rare occasions, our entire fleet of strollers is rented. If any of your requested dates are not available, the Magic Strollers site will not let your reservation go through. We ask that you contact us and we will let you know which of your dates where we are sold out.   Top

Never! The last thing we would ever do is rent strollers we don't have.
The Magic Strollers website checks availability for each date you are requesting before allowing a reservation to be accepted.   Top

It is also very handy to be able to reach you while you are in Orlando in the event someone takes your stroller by mistake in one of the parks.   Top

You will receive a text to the cell phone you have listed on your reservation when your stroller has actually been delivered to your resort.   Top

If you have rented a single stroller and decide you would rather have a double stroller or have rented a double stroller and decide you would rather have a single, you can modify your reservation at any time BEFORE you arrive. See the FAQ How do I change or modify my reservation.
If your stroller has already been delivered, this change CANNOT be made by editing your reservation to change the stroller type. The original reservation will have to be edited to shorten it and a NEW reservation must be made for the desired stroller type.
We will have to pick up the original stroller and it will have to be cleaned for the next family.
We can not just swap one type of stroller for another.   Top
