The maximum weight for the strollers is 50 pounds per child.

The seat on the City Mini Single is 13 inches wide. The seats on the City Mini Double are each 12 inches wide.

All Magic Strollers come with a parent console which includes a cupholder and pouches for small items.

We carefully check to make sure that the stroller is fully operable prior to every rental.

We proudly use commercial grade cleaning and sanitizing products provided by ECOLAB. Strollers are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each use.

There is a clip in the rear of the seat that lets you adjust the seat from being upright to a full reclining position.

Strollers are dropped off at the bell services stand at your resort. You will be sent a text message when your stroller is delivered and the front desk should notify when you check in that your stroller is waiting.

Count the number of nights you'll be staying. We deliver your stroller at 10:00am the first day of your reservation. We pick up your stroller at 2:00pm the afternoon you depart.

Strollers are delivered at 10:00am. If you need your stroller before that time, you may want to extend your reservation so that it is delivered the day before.

Our pickup time is 2:00pm to allow us time to return the stroller to our warehouse and prepare it for the next family. If you need your stroller past 2:00pm, you may want to extend your reservation by a day.

Strollers are delivered in a black travel bag. This protects the stroller and is easier for bell service to handle.

Please put the stroller back in the black travel bag and drop it off at bell services at your resort as you depart.

No later than 2:00 pm on your departure date.

If you cancel prior to 48 hours of your arrival, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled arrival, there is a 50% refund.

Your confirmation e-mail contains a link at the bottom that will take you back to your reservation where you will see the instructions for cancellation.

Yes, you can change any aspect of your reservation including arrival or departure date, arrival or departure resort, Theft/Damage Insurance, number or type of strollers ordered, etc.

Simply follow the link at the bottom of your reservation confirmation and it will take you back to your reservation where you may make changes.

We are required to charge 7% Florida sales tax on rentals but not on Theft/Damage Insurance.

The city mini single weighs 16 pounds and the city mini double weighs 26 pounds.

•	Fold the stroller up by tugging on the handles in the seats.

•	Carry the folded stroller by the metal handles.

•	Move the wheels around if the stroller isn't collapsing as tightly as you like.

•	Use the Velcro strap to keep the stroller closed if you prefer.

•	Make sure the wheels aren't locked by checking the locking tabs--if you notice that the stroller is suddenly harder to steer, your child may have accidentally hit the tab that locks the wheel!

•	Consider a gratuity for the bell services staff who assist you in picking up and dropping off the stroller.

•	Put the stroller back in the travel bag and drop it off at bell service at your resort by 2:00 pm on your departure day.

•	Hang items on the handle bar.

•	Leave valuable items in the stroller when it is unattended.

•	Take someone else's stroller by mistake!

•	Leave any items in the storage areas when you turn the stroller back in.
